2. Cooking

A fresh crucian carp, add 30 grams of fresh petals, 50 grams of small mushrooms, 30 grams of fresh bamboo shoots, onions, fresh ginger, rice wine, salt, pepper, and MSG, and delicious food is about to be born. Remove the fish's internal organs, clean it, and dry off any excess water; wash the flower petals and drain the water; slice the mushrooms and bamboo shoots; when the oil in the pan is hot, stir-fry the ginger and scallion slices until fragrant, then fry the crucian carp until both sides are golden brown, then add water, and put in the sliced ​​mushrooms, bamboo shoots and flower petals, sprinkle with rice wine and pepper to season, and cook. Finally, season with salt and MSG and enjoy immediately.
