How to Eat Sea Grapes

A few simple ways to eat sea grapes:

Cold

Rinse the sea grapes, drain the water, and eat with dip. The dipping sauce can be prepared according to personal taste using sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.

Sea grape sushi

Its ingredients include sea grapes, celery and eggs. The dosage is determined according to your needs. Prepare and set aside; briefly mix the cooked rice with seaweed sesame seasoning and sushi vinegar; rinse the cucumber and cut into long strips about the thickness of the little finger; steam the sausage and also cut into long strips about half the thickness of the little finger; cut the celery into small strips and blanch it in water; fry 3 eggs into an omelette shape and cut into long strips; also cut the pickled radish into strips; finally, roll all the ingredients with a bead curtain as in the method of rolling sushi and cut into sections before eating.

Canary Nest Sea Grapes

The ingredients include sea grapes, vermicelli, and salad; arrange the wet vermicelli into a hollow ball shape, fry in oil in a pan until golden, then take it out and wait for it to cool down slowly. Sprinkle salad dressing on the center of the fried noodles, place the sea grapes on top of the salad dressing and serve.

Sea grapes grow in a natural environment, and the length of time they are exposed to sunlight and the purity of the water they come into contact with must be guaranteed. In Okinawa, which is known as the "longevity village", people pick sea grapes to eat during low tide. Because it tastes as juicy as caviar when eaten, it is also called "green caviar".
