How to Eat Beets

How to Eat Beets

Two ways to eat

1. Cold salad:

This is the simplest and most common way to eat beets. It not only ensures the original flavor of beets, but also has rich nutritional value. The specific method is to wash the beet roots with clean water and then peel them. Cut the peeled beets into shreds, being careful not to cut them too thick or too thin. It would be even better if you have a special shredding tool at home. Place the shredded beets in a container large enough to facilitate mixing. You can also put some fruits in it, add appropriate amount of vinegar, olive oil and other seasonings, stir well and then you can eat it.

2. Fried tofu:

Beet scramble with tofu is a low-fat recipe that can be used as a fitness meal. If you are trying to lose weight, you might as well try this way of eating. It contains very little oil, but is very nutritious and you won’t feel hungry after eating it. Combined with reasonable fitness methods, you can quickly achieve the weight loss effect you expect. The specific method is to peel the beets, cut them into pieces, and cook them first. At the same time, cut the tofu into cubes and use some common seasonings as the ingredients. Heat a pan with a little oil, stir-fry the beets over medium heat for about half a minute, then add tofu, peas, etc. and stir-fry. After the side dishes are ready, just add the seasoning and it’s done. The effect will be better if you add chili powder or other condiments that help burn fat!

Tips for eating

1. Just like pH test paper, it will turn purple in an alkaline environment, which does not mean it is broken.

2. Acidic condiments such as vinegar can keep the beets fresh in color.

3. Add all seasoning salt last.

4. You can also heat it in the oven to make it taste better.

2. Protect the liver, stomach and other organs.
