Medicinal value of Gardenia jasminoides

Gardenia

Gardenia fruit can be used as medicine. Boiled and taken internally, it can treat insomnia, mouth ulcers; crushed and applied externally, it can stop bleeding and relieve sprains.

Gardenia salad
