Tree bonsai

With trees as the main material, and rocks, figures, birds and animals as small objects, through climbing, tying, and pruning techniques, a simple flowerpot can express the scenes of wilderness and forest. Most of the raw materials for tree bonsai are picked from it, which is also called tree stump bonsai.

Landscape Bonsai

With rocks as the main material, according to the natural landscape, through cutting, splicing and other techniques, and with simple flowers and plants, various steep landscape scenes such as cliffs, dangerous peaks and valleys are created. It is also called rock bonsai.

Water and drought bonsai

Water and drought are mainly made of plants, rocks, water and soil. Through processing and layout, the rocks are separated from the water and soil, and the scene of water surface, land, trees and rocks is shown in a shallow basin.

Bonsai

With flowers and plants as the main materials, after certain modifications, and matched with rocks and small accessories, it shows a beautiful scene of flowers and plants.

Miniature Bonsai

Dwarf bonsai, generally trees with a height of less than 10 cm, and other types of bonsai with a height not exceeding 10 cm are called miniature bonsai.

Wall hanging bonsai

Wall-hanging bonsai is an innovative form that combines general bonsai with crafts such as shell carvings and hanging screens. Wall bonsai can be divided into two categories. One category is based on rocks and mountains, which is called landscape wall bonsai; the other category is based on flowers and trees, which is called flower and tree wall bonsai.

Special shaped bonsai

The plants are planted in special containers and carefully processed to create an interesting shape. There is no specific form, the emphasis is on highlighting individuality.
