The flowers are grown in the axils of branches, 4 in number. They are white and have short stalks. The flowering period is between September and October and is very short.

The berries of asparagus fern are purple-black when ripe and contain 1 to 3 seeds.

The stems and branches of the Bamboo Plant have longitudinal ridges, and the stems are slender, smooth, and hairless.

It is resistant to drought and barren land, but not cold-resistant. It is often used by people to decorate venues, and cut leaves are used to make flower baskets, wreaths, etc.
