Introduction to Chili

Pepper is a plant of the Solanaceae family. It is also called horn pepper, long pepper, vegetable pepper, and lantern pepper. It is a vegetable and a herb.

After planting peppers, they can usually emerge from the soil in 5 to 8 days, and the first leaf will grow in about 15 days. The growth temperature required for seedlings is between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius, and 15 degrees Celsius at night is best.

If you have a pot of chili peppers at home, you can pick them when cooking, or plant some fruit pepper varieties, and you can have some sweet and spicy flavors in the hot summer.
