What to do if the leaves of cyclamen fall down

What to do if the leaves of cyclamen fall down

1. Stop watering

(1) Specific reasons: It may be caused by excessive watering. Cyclamen does not like excessive moisture, especially waterlogging. If there is too much water, the leaves and flowers may fall over.

(2) Solution: After discovery, the first thing to do is to stop watering for a period of time. Wait until the situation eases before watering again. If the situation is very serious, the soil can be replaced. When watering later, be sure to use correct and scientific methods. If you are not sure how much water to pour, you can try soaking the bottom of the pot. If you are watering, the general principle is "water when the soil is dry and water when it is wet". Specifically, each season is different and cannot be generalized. Also, do not pour too much water on the leaves. After watering or spraying, it is best to wipe them with a cloth.

2. Put it in a warm place

(1) Specific reasons: If the temperature is too low and the plant is frozen, the leaves and flowers may fall off. This is more common in late fall to winter.

(2) Solution: Move the plant to a warm place as soon as possible. If the frostbite is severe, the plant must be taken out and replanted, and there is a chance it can be saved.

3. Place in a cool place

(1) Specific reasons: This situation applies to newly purchased plants that are not adapted to the environment.

(2) Solution: Keep it away from light and place it in a semi-shaded place. Also, don't water it yet.
