How to grow Lover's Tears until it blooms

How to grow Lover's Tears until it blooms

1. Suitable soil

In order to grow the Tears of Lover to the point where it overflows the pot, you need to prepare suitable soil. The substrate needs to maintain good drainage, air permeability, and nutrition. You can choose a mixture of river sand, carbon ash, and leaf mold that can meet the growth needs. A layer of volcanic rock can be laid on the soil surface.

2. Adequate lighting

For the growth of Lover's Tears, light is an indispensable condition. Only by maintaining sufficient sunlight can sufficient nutrients be generated to make the leaves of Lover's Tears grow green and full, and it is possible to achieve the effect of bursting the pot. It cannot be kept in a place with insufficient light, otherwise it will affect its normal growth.

3. Maintain temperature

Suitable temperature is also very important. The most suitable temperature range is around 15-25℃. Only within this temperature will the plant grow vigorously and rapidly. Try to maintain this temperature during growth.

4. Water and Fertilizer Management

The plant of Lover's Tears can tolerate drought and does not like a wet environment. It does not need excessive watering. Observe the condition of the soil and water it only when the soil is completely dry. It is also important to apply fertilizer. Applying fertilizer in time during the growing period will enable the Tears of Lover to absorb enough nutrients to promote rapid growth, but the concentration of fertilizer should not be too high each time.

5. Reasonable pruning

In order to encourage the Tears of Lover to bloom quickly, reasonable pruning is also required to promote the sprouting of new branches.
