How can the dead green radish be resurrected?

1. Check the roots

After the green radish is frozen, the upper part is easy to die. At this time, you should check the roots. If the roots are not rotten, there is a possibility of revival.

2. Beheading

If you want to revive the green radish, you must first behead it, that is, cut off all the branches and leaves above the potting soil. Only leave 1-2 bud points above the roots so that it can sprout quickly.

3. Reasonable maintenance

Cover the cut green radish with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes to help keep warm and ventilate. When you see the soil in the pot turning white, remove the plastic wrap, spray water on it, and then cover it again. After buds grow on the branches, they can be placed in a place with scattered light. Generally, branches and leaves will grow after 1-2 months.

4. Pruning branches and leaves

Cut off any new growth. The length is about 15 cm, retaining a bud and leaves. These branches and leaves can be used for cuttings to ensure faster growth.

5. Cuttings to make the pot full

Insert the pruned branches into the pot. Use a mixture of peat soil and perlite to prepare the potting soil, with a ratio of about 3:1. Insert the branches in a circle, with the leaves and buds facing upwards. After watering thoroughly, place them in a ventilated place with diffuse light. Just spray water on the leaves every day to keep them moist, and they will fill a pot in 30 days.
