How to grow five-star flower

How to grow five-star flower

1. Breeding conditions

1. Soil: The five-star flower does not have high requirements for soil, as long as the soil is not too sticky and thick. It is best to use sandy soil with good drainage, which is beneficial to its growth.

2. Watering: Water it moderately. It is best if the cultivation soil is slightly moist. Do not water too much. After the plant blooms, it will go dormant for a short period of time. At this time, you must control the amount of watering to prevent the soil in the pot from being too wet.

3. Fertilization: It does not require too much nutrients when growing. Fertilizing it once a month can meet its needs. You can use bean cake water or liquid fertilizer.

4. Sunlight: The plant likes sunlight and can be grown indoors or outdoors. However, if grown indoors, it must receive appropriate sunlight and receive no less than 4 hours of light per day.

2. Breeding Methods

1. Sowing method: Choose healthy and good quality seeds, add some base fertilizer to the planting soil, bury the seeds in the soil, cover with a layer of soil, provide appropriate shade and keep moist, and they will germinate in about a week.

2. Cutting method: Select branches with a length of 5-7cm that have not bloomed, and cut off the leaves at the bottom to reduce water evaporation. Plant the cuttings in the soil and provide it with an environment of 20-22℃. It will take root and sprout in about a month.
