Planting methods and precautions of Fugui seeds

It is relatively simple to plant the seeds of the Chinese dragonfly. It is best to use pine needles and leaf mold for cultivation. This kind of soil is acidic. If it is mixed with some granular soil, it can improve the air permeability and water permeability of the soil, which is beneficial to the growth of the plant.

Growth habits of the seeds of the Chinese taro

The fortune seed is also called cinnabar root, red umbrella, and hundred-liang gold. This plant likes shade and grows in moist sandy soil. The plant avoids strong fertilizers and is resistant to high temperatures. It mainly grows under forests in valleys or in the shade of hills.

How to plant the seeds of fortune

1. Soil

It is best to choose loose, fertile, well-drained soil for planting fortune seeds. You can prepare it yourself using garden soil, sandy soil, leaf mold, sawdust, etc. in a ratio of 4:2:2:1.

2. Container

The container used to plant the seeds of the Chinese royal jellyfish must have good air permeability. It is best to use a ceramic flowerpot, which should be about 2-3 cm larger than the plant.

3. Cultivation

Place the seedling of the fortune plant in the middle of the flowerpot, cover it with soil and compact it with your hands. This will allow the roots to better combine with the soil in the pot. Then water it and you can carry out normal maintenance and management in about half a month.

Precautions for breeding of rich seeds

The plant of fortuneia likes warmth and is more suitable for growing in an environment of 15-25℃. Note that the temperature during the winter cannot be lower than 5℃, otherwise it will be detrimental to the growth of the plant. In addition, the plant prefers shade and cannot be exposed to direct sunlight.
