How to grow Toffee succulent

How to grow Toffee succulent

The Toffee succulent is a hybrid of the Silver Bright Color and the Asahi Crane. The plant is small to medium-sized rosette-shaped, and the leaves are of average thickness and are long and oval. It is not a common variety on the market, but the Toffee succulent is really beautiful when it is in good condition. The plant is dignified, and the leaves are green with purple, which is very pleasing.

Toffee succulent cultivation

1. Pot soil

When growing toffee succulents, you must choose the right potting soil. Only breathable and loose soil can allow the roots to grow better. The flowerpots can be breathable ceramic pots or clay pots, and the soil can be a mixture of peat soil and granular soil.

2. Lighting

Toffee succulent likes plenty of sunlight. When there is plenty of sunlight, the plants are arranged more closely, the leaves are more colorful and have a metallic texture.

3. Watering

Be careful when watering each time. Water reasonably according to the dryness of the potting soil and weather conditions. Make sure that the weather is sunny or cloudy within a few days after watering, and water thoroughly when the soil is dry.

Toffee maintenance precautions

When caring for toffee, try to place it in a place with sufficient light, especially in spring, autumn, and early winter. The light is soft in these seasons and it can get full sunlight. The temperature should be between 15 and 25 degrees so that it will grow quickly and be easy to grow. In summer, when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, it needs to be shaded and the environment should be kept ventilated. When the temperature is below 5 degrees, warming measures need to be taken to avoid frost damage. If the environment is poorly ventilated, the succulents will not grow well and are prone to disease and pests, and may die.
