Gardenia leaves wilt remedies

Gardenia leaves wilt remedies

1. Waiting for adaptation

If the plant has just been moved to a new environment and is not adapted to the surroundings, it may wilt. In this case, there is no need to do much, just leave it in its original place and pay attention to maintenance methods.

2. Exposure to sunlight

Although too much sunlight can cause burns, if the plant is kept in a place without sunlight for a long time, its growth will be restricted and its branches and leaves will wilt. Therefore, if there is a lack of sunlight, you can gradually expose it to sunlight. Provide sunlight according to the changes of seasons on a daily basis. Expose it to sunlight more in spring and autumn, and expose it to full sunlight in winter.

3. Adjust the temperature

It is suitable for growing in a warm environment. If the temperature in the growing environment is low, the plant will be frozen and wilt naturally. If it is a high temperature period in summer, the temperature is too high and causes the plants to wilt, so you need to adjust the temperature appropriately according to the actual situation to ensure that the temperature is within the appropriate range.

4. Increase or decrease water content

Water is very important for growth. Giving too much or too little water will have an impact, so it can be adjusted according to actual conditions.

5. Increase fertilizer

Fertilizer can also cause wilting. If there is too little nutrition, it will affect absorption. If there is too much fertilizer, it will cause root burn.
