When harvesting, cut off the fruit clusters or the whole plant, tie them into small bundles, and after drying them in the sun for several days, remove the seeds and dry them. Finally, collect the perilla seeds, put them in plastic bags or kraft paper bags, and place them in a dry and ventilated place. They can be sown in the spring of the following year.
