Cultivation methods and precautions of fleshy peach

The succulent peach tree is easy to grow, grows fast, and has a strong branching ability. It is a spring and autumn variety with a relatively thick and woody stem that is easy to branch and grow side buds. It is suitable for growing in loose and breathable soil and has relatively low requirements for water.

How to grow fleshy peach

1. Soil

The requirements of the peach tree on the soil are relatively low. You can choose soil with strong air permeability and loose soil. It is recommended to use a soil made of peat soil and granular soil.

2. Lighting

Peach blossoms like plenty of light. Sunlight not only allows them to grow better, but also makes the color of their leaves more beautiful. In the summer, they need to be properly shaded, otherwise the leaves will easily get sunburned. The most suitable growth temperature is 18-28 degrees.

3. Water and fertilizer

The peach tree is relatively drought-resistant and has a certain water storage capacity. It can be watered once every 7 days. If it is watered too much, it will easily grow too tall.

4. Fertilization

When fertilizing the peach tree, you can apply compound fertilizer once every month. Pay attention to balanced nutrition and do not use too much nitrogen fertilizer, otherwise the leaves will easily grow too long and become thin, affecting the ornamental value.

Precautions for caring for fleshy peach

When caring for the succulent peach plant, you should pay attention to the fact that you can do appropriate pruning after the peach plant grows up, but do not prune it during the rapid growth period. In the summer, you need to pay attention to watering. Due to the high temperature, the plant is prone to water shortage. When watering, you should pay attention to watering when the plant is dry and wet to avoid root rot.
