Preparation method of pine needle nutrient soil

In fact, we can make pine needle soil at home. Pine needle soil is acidic , which is very useful for growing southern plants and plants that like acidic soil. So, how to prepare pine needle nutrient soil? How long does it take to ferment before it can be used?

① Directly ferment dry pine needles

We collected some dry pine needles and soaked them thoroughly with water until they were in a very wet state.

Then put it into a sealed container, seal it, cover it with a layer of plastic film, and expose it to the sun.

As long as the pine needles have moisture, are sealed, and exposed to the sun for two or three months , the pine needles will turn completely black.

Finally, we can break it with a touch of our hands, which proves that it is thoroughly fermented. This is very good fermented pine needles.

If we use it to plant flowers, adding a certain amount when using it can improve the soil quality and make the soil acidic, but try not to use pine needles alone .

First, wet the pine needles thoroughly, then cover them with a layer of soil , a layer of pine needles, and a layer of soil. The specific proportion does not need to be too deliberate, just match them layer by layer. Finally, wet the soil thoroughly, seal it, and put it in the sun to ferment .

Generally, after two or three months of fermentation, the pine needles will rot and mix thoroughly with the soil. We can use it directly when we take it out. This is very good pine needle soil, and you can plant flowers directly.

Pine needles are very good acidic soil. We ferment some and keep them at home for later use. Planting Clivia, Milan, Gardenia, Jasmine and the like are all very good, and they can ensure that they do not have yellow leaves.

Before using the soil you ferment yourself, be sure to mix some carbendazim into the soil and then expose it to the sun for a period of time.

This can kill insects and bacteria . When using it, just take it out directly and there will be no problems when planting flowers.
