Key points of watermelon cultivation technology

1. Warm water germination

Before sowing watermelons in the south, you can soak the seeds in warm water at 55°C, wash them and place them in a sunny place to dry for half an hour, then spread them flat and place them on a wet cloth to germinate.

2. Planting

3. Seedling cultivation

During the planting period of southern watermelons, seedlings need to be raised in time, and rotted manure needs to be mixed into the nutrient soil. The soil needs to be moisturizing and heat-insulating, and the ambient temperature should be maintained at around 20-30℃.
