2. Selection of stems

Generally, trim them to a length of eight centimeters, and then soak them in rice vinegar that has been diluted a hundred times. After twelve hours, take them out and place them in a hydroponic device. Add a certain amount of clean water and cultivate them in a windproof manner. Change the water every three days.
