How to cook hair algae

1. Make soup

(6) After cooking, serve, add green onions, and stir with chopsticks in one direction. It will look very nice. It is best to garnish with a few wolfberries and then serve on the table.

2. Pork knuckle with hair algae

(1) Wash the pig's trotters you bought and put them into boiling water to cook until all the dirty water is boiled out, then take them out and wash them clean.
(2) Wash the ginger and green onions and set aside; soak the hair algae in water until soft, then wash it several times until all the fine sand is removed.
(3) Pour clean water into a pot and bring to a boil. Then add ginger, green onion and pig’s trotter. After boiling, add wine, dark soy sauce, salt and chicken stock.
(4) Simmer over medium heat until the pig’s trotter is cooked through, remove from the pot and place on a plate.
(5) Put the cleaned hair algae into the pot, add oil, water, chicken essence and salt and cook until the juice is absorbed.
(6) Place the cooked hair moss on the outer edge of the plate, then place the pig’s trotter in the center and garnish with a few celery leaves.
