What is mustard greens?

Mustard greens are a vegetable of the cruciferous family, Brassica genus. They are also called covered vegetables, mustard, and hanging vegetables. They are called differently in different regions. For example, they are called snow vegetables and snow red in Jiangsu, they are called sheep horns in Sichuan, and they are called big turnips in Yunnan. They mature around March and April and are widely distributed throughout the country.

What does mustard look like?
