Introduction to the growth of Amomum villosum

Amomum villosum prefers a humid growing environment and is suitable for planting in areas with an annual precipitation of more than 1000 mm. It is distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan in my country, and is cultivated or grows wild in shady and humid places in the mountains.

Amomum villosum grows relatively fast, and its seeds must be grown into seedlings before sowing. Generally, it takes three days for the seeds to absorb sufficient water. Temperature management : Amomum villosum is a plant that likes warmth. It grows better in an environment of 22-28℃. In winter, the temperature is required to be kept above 12℃, so it is recommended to keep it indoors in winter.

Fertilization management : Combine land preparation before planting and apply well-rotted manure or compost. Newly planted plants should be fertilized 2-3 times a year. The first time is during the seedling stage, and the second time is in August. It needs to be combined with an appropriate amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer to provide it with sufficient nutrients.
