Golden nanmu growth conditions

Phoebe nanmu is generally more suitable for growing in a warm and humid environment. It is more common in shady and moist places. It is more cultivated in the southern region. Usually, the production areas of Phoebe nanmu are mainly concentrated in Sichuan, Hubei and Guizhou.

The most suitable growth temperature for Phoebe nanmu is around 17 degrees. Phoebe nanmu has a certain degree of cold resistance and is not afraid of freezing. The lowest temperature it can generally withstand is around minus 10 degrees Celsius. It grows better in a humid environment.

Growth period and process of Phoebe nanmu

Phoebe nanmu generally grows in shady and damp riverbanks and valley depressions. It begins to grow in spring, blooms around April and May, and the fruit matures in September and October in autumn.

During its entire growth cycle, golden nanmu goes through the stages of germination, flowering and maturity. Generally, the growth rate of golden nanmu is very slow. Usually, the thickness of a golden nanmu tree that has grown for about 20 years is only about 4 cm, and the growth time is very long.

Planting process and methods of Phoebe nanmu

1. Soil: Choose soil with good permeability and relatively fertile soil for planting, and the planting environment can be relatively dark.

2. Seedling cultivation: Choose plump and healthy seeds for seedling cultivation, and you can sow and cultivate seedlings after the beginning of spring.

3. Transplanting: After the seedlings are raised, they can be transplanted. When transplanting, pay attention to the gaps between each golden silk nanmu tree, and do not use salt water for watering.
