How to cultivate the rich leaf

Growing conditions of fugui leaves

Soil cultivation is a very common method for growing lucky bamboo. It requires soft, breathable acidic soil. Alkaline soil and clay cannot meet its growth needs, so leaf mold and garden soil can be chosen, which is more conducive to the growth of the plant. When growing lucky bamboo, it is necessary to provide it with a suitable temperature. The most suitable temperature is 20℃.

How to grow the rich leaf

The affine leaf likes a warm and humid environment. The suitable growth temperature is between 20-28 degrees. It is not cold-resistant, and measures to keep warm are needed in winter. It is suitable for planting in well-drained sandy soil or semi-mud and alluvial clay. Provide sufficient light during maintenance, and do not place it under direct light in summer.

Watering the affine leaf

The affine leaf likes a moist environment with slightly higher air humidity. The soil needs to be kept moist and watered every 3-5 days. If the air is dry, you can spray water around the plant.

Fertilizing the rich leaves

The affine leaf is a plant that likes fertilizer. You can use compound fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and you can also add some trace elements. Be careful not to apply too high a concentration.

Pest and disease control of rich leaf

The affine leaf may be attacked by leaf spot disease. After the disease occurs, you should pay attention to strengthening the ventilation of the maintenance environment, cut off the diseased leaves and burn them, and use 50% carbendazim for spraying prevention and control. It is easy to breed scale insects in autumn and winter. If the number is small, you can wipe it off with a wet cloth. If there are many, use 1500 times of 25% of carbendazim to eliminate them.

How to grow the rich leaf at home

The soil should be kept moist during the growth period of the rich leaf. If the soil is dry, it needs to be watered in time, and water should be sprayed appropriately to increase the air humidity and make the leaves shiny. The soil should be kept slightly dry in winter. It is best to place it in a place with good scattered light conditions. Shade it in summer and maintain good ventilation.

Precautions for the maintenance of rich leaves

The rich leaf grows vigorously in spring and autumn. It needs 3 to 4 hours of sunlight a day to make the leaves green. In summer and early autumn, it is necessary to provide shade, clean the leaves in time, and ensure a certain level of air humidity to allow the plant to thrive.
