How to cultivate Xianrenshan

Xianrenshan Growing Conditions

Xianrenshan is a succulent plant that likes sunlight and needs sufficient light. It is resistant to barrenness and is suitable for growing in ventilated, well-drained, moderately barren, and lime-rich sandy soil. It is particularly afraid of waterlogging, which makes it very easy to rot. It can withstand low temperatures of 5 degrees in winter.

How to raise Xianrenshan

It is suitable for Xianren Mountain to choose loose, breathable and well-drained soil, and to be kept in a well-lit location. When watering, generally wait until the soil in the pot is dry before watering. When changing the soil, apply a small amount of organic fertilizer at the bottom of the pot, and then use less concentrated fertilizers.

Watering the Immortal Mountain

When watering Xianren Mountain, you should pay attention to keeping it dry rather than wet. There is no fixed frequency for watering. The frequency of watering should be flexibly adjusted according to factors such as weather, temperature, light and ventilation.

Xianrenshan Fertilization

Xianren Mountain generally does not require fertilization. Usually when repotting, you can add some bone meal and organic fertilizer as base fertilizer to the potting soil. You can also apply decomposed and diluted sesame paste residue to it. Avoid high-concentration chemical fertilizers.

Xianrenshan Pest Control

If the maintenance environment of Xianren Mountain is dry, hot and lacks ventilation, it is easy for pests such as red spider mites and scale insects to appear. They can be sprayed with engine oil emulsion solution. If the plant has rust, it can be wiped with rust-free.

Xianrenshan Family Raising Method

1. Watering: The potting soil of Xianren Mountain is best kept in a relatively dry state. The soil should not be too wet, so watering should be done as little as possible rather than more. Adhere to the principle of watering when the soil is dry and watering when the soil is wet. It is sufficient to water once every 15 days or so. This will make the plant grow strong, short and fat, and the whole plant shape will be more beautiful.

2. Light: When raising Xianrenshan at home, you usually need to place it in a sunny place, which is more conducive to its vigorous growth. If there is insufficient light, the plant will grow too tall. However, in summer, you still need to take appropriate shading measures to prevent it from being sunburned by strong light.

Precautions for maintenance of Xianren Mountain

Be careful not to apply too much water and fertilizer to the Immortal Mountain, otherwise it will easily cause root rot, or cause it to grow too long and deform. The plant will grow into a column and lose its ornamental value. During the winter, move the Immortal Mountain indoors to a sunny place, and the room temperature should be controlled between 5-10℃.
