How to grow pansies

1. Lighting

Pansy requires full light. It has relatively high light requirements. Too weak light will cause pansy to bloom poorly. It can withstand the test of scorching sun and scorching heat.

2. Soil and Water

Pansy does not have very high requirements for soil. Loose, fertile and well-drained loam can meet its needs. It has relatively high requirements for water and requires sufficient water, but the soil cannot be waterlogged.

3. Temperature

The temperature requirement of pansy is not too high. 15 to 25℃ is the ideal temperature for its growth. It can grow normally below 5 degrees for a short time, and it can also tolerate around zero degrees for a short time. But it is afraid of high temperatures. When the temperature is above 30 degrees, flower bud differentiation will stop, so it is an ideal potted flower in early spring.

4. Fertilizer

Pansy is not particularly demanding on fertilizer during its growth process. Giving it a thin liquid fertilizer once a week can meet its growth requirements. Stop fertilizing after winter.
