1. Q: Can you Provide OEM & ODM service ?
A: Yes, sure, as long as you meet our minimum order quantity for OEM ODM orders of the Portable Solar generators. Can customize Viltage/ Output Interface to meet your requirements, can add your customized logo or use use customized housing color. Also can make your own design if you pay for the mold fee and developing cost.
2. Q: What kind of certificates your products have acquired ?
A: Our Portable Solar generator products have acquired CE, FCC, RoHS, EMC and PSE certificates, can meet most country’s import requirements.
3. Q:How long is the warranty? How to maintain the quality problem? How to deal with the quality problem?
A: Products are guaranteed for 1 year. For general minor problems, our company will issue maintenance instructions and send spare parts together with your new order. Customers can repair and replace spare parts by themselves according to the instructions.
4. Q:Can your machines carry refrigerators, coffee makers, and electric kettles?
A: Please be well noted that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than the rated power and don’t power the devices with high voltage transformer.
5. Q:How to know the working times for my device?
A: AC output Working time = the Rated Power Capacity (Wh)* 0.85 / the Operating Power of your device.
DC and USB (USB-A USB-C) output Working time = the Rated Power Capacity (Wh)* 0.90 / the Operating Power of your device. For example using N300 which is 307.2Wh to power your 45W TV via AC Output, can work 307.2*0.85/45=5.8 hours.
6. Q:Which way is best to power my CPAP machine? AC or DC output?
A: Newsmy power stations have both 220V AC plugs and 12V DC plugs. In order to make the power last longer, we strongly recommend that you use the DC port to power the CPAP machine, and turn off or remove the heater/ humidifier. To buy the DC converter, please consult with your CPAP supplier or simply contact us for guidance. For other equipment like laptop, using the DC output will also last longer than AC output.
