Can rooting powder be used for direct irrigation?

Rooting powder can be used to water plants, but not directly. When watering the plants, they must be diluted first, which can promote the rooting speed of the plants. It is mainly used in some softwood cuttings propagation.

2. Usage

1. Rooting powder for cuttings: The rooting powder for cuttings should be diluted 1000 times and soaked for about 6 hours. The dipping time should be determined according to the difficulty of rooting, about 3-6 seconds.

2. Rooting powder for transplanting: The rooting powder for transplanting should be diluted 300-500 times, sprayed on the roots, and then planted after the soil ball is wet.

Rooting powder is not a fertilizer and cannot be used for a long time. It can only speed up the rooting process. It does not have the nutrients contained in fertilizers and cannot meet the nutrient needs of plants. It does not mean that the more you use it, the better.
