Asparagus fern needs to be grown in an environment with a temperature of about 20 degrees. The low temperature in winter cannot be lower than 10 degrees, and the temperature in summer should not exceed 35 degrees.

2. Lighting

Asparagus fern is afraid of direct sunlight and should be grown in semi-shaded place, especially in the strong sunlight in summer, and shading measures should be taken in time.

3. Water

Asparagus fern requires the soil to be kept slightly moist, and water it when the soil is dry. Its root system is fleshy, so it is particularly afraid of waterlogging and should not be watered excessively.

4. Soil

The soil used for asparagus fern should be loose, fertile and well-drained. Clay is forbidden, otherwise it will cause root rot.

5. Prevention and control of pests and diseases

During the maintenance period, asparagus fern has relatively few diseases and pests. Sometimes, if the ventilation is poor, scale insects may cause damage. In this case, the infested branches should be wiped clean or pruned in time.
