How to grow cloud bamboo bonsai

1. Seedlings under three years old

Cloud bamboo is actually a vine plant whose seedlings are short, slender and beautiful. If it is cultivated for too long, it will return to its nature and become very tall.

When raising seedlings within three years, you need to create a warm environment for them, about 20 degrees, provide a semi-shaded environment without direct sunlight, keep ventilation, and keep the soil slightly moist, not too dry or too waterlogged. When breeding, you need to apply an appropriate amount of fertilizer to supplement nutrients. Apply a thin liquid fertilizer once every half a month or so, and the plant will grow healthier.

Two or three years old seedlings

It is not recommended to care for large seedlings that are more than three years old as bonsai. You can replace them with some small seedlings to achieve the same effect. Because after three years, it is difficult to control the low size of the cloud bamboo with vine-like branches by pruning or other measures, it is not suitable for bonsai.
