Cut the egg carton with a knife, poke the umbrella into the pot, and the flowers will jump up. The rags become artifacts!

If you don't have a flowerpot to grow flowers, just make a few holes in the pots and pans.

1. Seedling cultivation

I wanted to sow some seeds, but I lacked a seedling tray. I remembered that there were eggs in the refrigerator that I bought a few days ago. I took out the plastic packaging, cut off the top lid, and poke a few drainage holes at the bottom.

The lower part can be used as a seedling tray, the lid cut off from the upper part can be used as a serving tray, and it also has two handles. It is the ultimate tool for sowing seeds.

All the seeds have sprouted and need a larger container. Get a few disposable paper cups, either paper or plastic will do, and continue to poke holes in the bottom of the cups until they are big enough to support the seedlings.

2. Flower Pots

Flower pots are an easier solution! Anything from a small bowl to a large water tank can be used as a flower pot. You can make use of any unused waste items at home.

Take away a batch of old bowls, drill a few holes in the bottom of the bowls, and plant various succulents. This is called "having meat in the bowl."

If the lid of a purple clay teapot is broken, don't throw away the teapot without a lid. Cut off the small hanging flowers that have grown out of the pot and plant them in the same place.

If you don't have tools for growing flowers, you can use dishcloths and makeup brushes

1. The drainage holes of the newly bought flowerpot are too big, and soil leaks out when filled in. It is said that two tiles can be put under it, but where can I find soil for flower lovers who live in an apartment building?

Don’t worry, if you don’t have tiles, you can use a gauze net, or you can go to the kitchen and have a look. The dishcloth with a net is just right. Cut it and use it to pad the bottom of the basin. It won’t leak soil and is very permeable.

2. There are so many flowers that you gradually forget what the small potted plants are called. You might as well make a small label. All you need is a toothpick and a small piece of paper.

3. For some succulent plants, you need to be very careful when watering them. You may worry about pouring water on the succulents, or you may worry about not being able to control the water and causing water accumulation. You may wish to use the essence dropper you usually use. It is especially suitable for plants that require less water.

4. You can also use unused makeup brushes to remove dust, soil particles, dirt, and scale insects from plants.

5. For some plants that require very good soil permeability, we prepare a few plastic straws, poke several small holes in them, and insert them directly into the potting soil. The effect is great.

6. The dragon fruit planted years ago has grown up, and it’s time to set up a pillar! Take out the broken umbrella at home and disassemble it until only the umbrella frame is left. Insert it directly upside down into the soil in the pot and let the dragon fruit grow vigorously upwards!

<<:  Feed orchids with a small pill, and they will burst into a large bunch in 2 weeks, and the flowers will bloom and fill the house with fragrance!

>>:  Throw it into a pot in autumn, the leaves will be green and the flowers will bloom, and the roots will not rot for 10 years!
