How to cultivate baby's breath

1. Temperature

The suitable temperature for growing baby's breath is between 10 and 25℃, and the best temperature for growing baby's breath during the day is around 25℃. If the temperature exceeds 30℃ and the time or number of days is very long, it is easy to grow deformed flowers; the best temperature at night is between 10 and 15℃.

2. Lighting

Gypsophila likes warm sunshine and a humid environment. It is relatively shade-tolerant and cold-resistant, but not heat-resistant and is afraid of overly moist soil. Usually, you should pay attention to giving it sufficient diffuse light.

3. Soil

Baby's breath is suitable for growing in a loose, well-drained and fertile environment. The soil should be loose and rich in organic matter.

4. Water

Normally, water thoroughly when the soil is dry. If the baby's breath is in the seedling stage, its demand for soil will be relatively high, so you need to increase the watering frequency appropriately. If it is hot in summer, you should also increase the amount of watering appropriately.
