Where to water the fortune tree

Where to water the fortune tree

1. Where to water

When watering the money tree, you should water the leaves, but not pour it on. Instead, spray some water on it, which can effectively increase the humidity of the breeding environment. Incorrect watering methods not only fail to replenish moisture, but also cause insect pests.

When watering, you can also water the roots. Its roots also need water, otherwise it will affect its growth. Generally, do not water the roots too frequently, and you can water them once every 7 days or so. Watering may seem like a small thing, but it is actually very important. Incorrect watering methods may directly affect its normal growth.

2. When to water

The temperature in spring and autumn is more suitable for the growth of money trees. It is best to water them in the morning. If you like to water them in the evening, remember to ventilate them, otherwise the leaves may rot. The weather is generally hot in summer, so watering must be done in the morning and evening, not at noon, as it will burn the leaves. The temperature is relatively low in winter, so water should be applied at noon.

3. Notes

When watering the money tree, there must not be any accumulation of water in the soil. If there is excess water in the soil, the roots will easily rot, and the leaves will turn yellow shortly afterwards. If it is exposed to rain, take drainage measures in time to prevent excess water from being produced in the potting soil.
