1. Breeding environment

1. Soil: Camellia is suitable for loose, well-drained acidic soil. Do not use calcareous soil.

In summer, more watering can be given to meet its germination needs. It is best to water in the morning or evening in summer. 1. Propagation by cuttings: Cut relatively sturdy branches into a length of about 10 cm, remove all the leaves on the lower part, and leave 2-3 leaves on the upper part. After cuttings, water them to ensure that the soil is moist. It will take about two months for the roots to take root.

2. Layering propagation: Choose branches from the previous year, peel the bark at the high-voltage part, cover it with film, then tie the lower opening tightly, fill it with culture soil, and tie the upper opening tightly. After the roots have grown, cut them off and then plant them.
