Method of converting soil culture of copper coin grass to hydroponic culture

Method of converting soil culture of copper coin grass to hydroponic culture

1. Methods

1. First, prepare the necessary materials, such as pennywort, then the container for water cultivation, paying attention to water leakage, and special solvents for water cultivation, etc.

2. After that, dig it out of the flowerpot carefully, being careful not to damage its roots. Use water to wash the soil on the roots so that its roots and underground stems can be better exposed.

3. Place it in a water bottle or a plastic basin. Then fix it with stones.

4. Finally, add water into it, just enough to cover two-thirds of it. If you use tap water, be sure to let it air dry first. Then add a special solvent to the water and use it once every fifteen days. Pay attention to the dosage and don't use too much.

2. Matters needing attention

1. First of all, when digging it out, be sure not to damage its roots and underground stems. Keep them well and protect them when cleaning.

2. It is not particularly demanding on water quality, and can be bred in fresh water with relatively low hardness. The pH value of water should be between 6.5 and 7, neutral or slightly acidic.

3. The water added to the bottle must cover the underground stems and roots, and must not be lower than the height of the stems and roots.

4. If you use a smaller container to grow it, you only need to use about three to five drops of special solution. If you use a larger container, you will need to add about five to eight drops of solution. Remember not to put too much, otherwise it will burn.

5. It likes areas with plenty of sunlight. If it is too hidden, it will be bad for its growth. We need to expose it to at least four hours of light every day, preferably diffuse light. 8-10 hours of artificial light per day will also allow it to grow well.
