River sand cutting method

1. Use a sterilized sharp knife to cut a small piece of strong branch from the money tree. The length is about 10~15 cm.

2. Remove the extra leaves on the branches, leaving only the tender leaves in the core and two old leaves.

3. Prepare clean river sand in advance, soak it in carbendazim solution for 1 to 2 hours, rinse it with clean water, and put it in a plastic bottle or glass bottle.

4. Apply rooting agent on the cut of the branch, insert it into the river sand about 5 cm, water it thoroughly and place it in a cool and ventilated place.

5. Generally, new roots will grow on the branches in about 25 days.

6. After rooting, you can transplant the branches into the prepared flower pots. Place the planted money tree in a cool and ventilated place for 7 to 10 days, then maintain it normally.

Hydroponic cutting method

1. Use a sterilized knife to cut strong branches of the fortune tree. Make sure the cut is smooth and about 10 to 15 cm in length.

2. Leave 2 to 3 leaves and remove the rest.

3. Prepare a plastic bottle or cup, pour half of water into it, apply rooting agent on the cut of the branch (you can leave it alone if there is no rooting agent) and insert it into the water.

4. Place the plastic bottle or cup in a ventilated and cool place. The cut will take root in about 7 to 10 days.

5. After rooting, take out the branches and plant them in nutrient soil. Place the newly planted money tree in a ventilated and cool place. New leaves will grow in about 7 to 10 days, and then you can maintain it normally.

Heat preservation barrel cutting

1. Use a sterilized sharp knife to cut a sturdy branch of the fortune tree, about 10 to 15 cm long.

2. Prepare a plastic bucket and put perlite and leaf mold in the bucket. The ratio of perlite to leaf mold is 1:2.

3. Insert the branches into the bucket, water them thoroughly, and wrap the entire bucket with plastic film.

4. Maintain the temperature at around 25℃, and the branches of the money tree will take root in about 3 weeks.

5. Transplant the rooted money tree into the flowerpot prepared in advance. Place the flower pot in a cool and ventilated place. After 7 to 10 days, you can move it to a place with bright scattered light and maintain it normally.
