1 After harvesting the cherries, you can remove the pits, then wash the outer flesh with clean water, and place them in a cool place to dry naturally. The seeds of this plant germinate very easily, but they do not germinate uniformly and some plants produce seeds with embryos that do not have sufficient vitality, with a germination rate of less than 30 percent.
