Seed Planting

Soil and seeds

Before sowing, the land needs to be plowed and leveled, fertilizer applied, disinfected and pest controlled, then the selected seeds should be soaked in water at about 30 degrees, dried and mixed with medicine, then wrapped with gauze and placed in a suitable environment for germination.

sowing

Before you begin, be sure to sprinkle the soil with fine sand. It doesn't need to be too thick, and you can choose to sow by scattering or dotting. Broadcasting is recommended because the seeds are easier to handle in an even and orderly manner.

manage

After spreading, cover it with a layer of fine sand as a hotbed. If the temperature is not high enough, wrap it with a film to keep it warm.

Cuttings

Pruning

Choose strong, tender and high-quality branches, and the cutting length is generally ten to fourteen centimeters. If time permits, the branches should be planted in the soil as soon as possible, otherwise they need to be placed in a cool place to keep the branches moist and fresh.

Time and method

The best time for this operation is during the first and third quarters, when the sun's rays are waning in the afternoon. Branches soaked in specific liquids are more likely to survive. They should be inserted into the soil and compacted at a depth of 5-6 cm. The row spacing should be the length of one branch, and the plant spacing should be half the length of a branch.

manage

Pay attention to drought and water in time. The amount of water does not need to be excessive, just control it yourself. Pay attention to shade in summer and prevent low temperature damage in winter.
