Protection function | Function description |
Solar anti reverse charging | In the case of poor light at night, the voltage of the battery may be higher than the terminal voltage of the solar cell array. The controller is equipped with an anti reverse charging circuit to prevent the battery from reverse charging the solar cell. |
Battery reverse connection protection | When the battery is connected reversely, the controller does not work and there is no display. The internal fuse protects the controller circuit. If it cannot work normally after the positive and negative poles of the battery are correctly connected, replace the fuse. |
Battery open circuit protection | After long-term use, the battery may have an open circuit or poor contact. The controller will protect the equipment from damage after the battery is open. Please check the line connection regularly. |
Over-voltage and over-current Load overload protection | Under the over-voltage state of the wind turbine generator, the controller will automatically start the braking function to protect the wind turbine and battery. In case of overload, the controller will automatically cut off the circuit。 |
Lightning protection | Lightning protection refers to the last level of protection necessary for equipment. For lightning prone areas, a multi-level lightning protection system composed of special lightning arresters is required. If the user has such requirements, it is necessary to increase the corresponding distribution system and cost, which shall be explained when ordering. |

Kindly remind for all buyer:If you use 24v system, your solar panel voltage is not more than 55V. If your system is 48V, please make sure is less 95V, if too high solar panel voltage, controller's MOS tue will be damaged.
