1. Lettuce

3. Spinach

Spinach prefers a slightly cool environment and is usually sown in early spring. It is best to germinate the seeds before sowing to allow them to absorb enough water. This will promote better germination in the later stage and the germination rate will be higher.

4. Leek

5. Coriander

7. Scallions

8. Other vegetables
