They can be picked when the stems and leaves of soybeans turn yellow, and the stalks and pods become shriveled and dark brown. It is generally best to harvest them in the morning when there is dew. After harvesting, the soybeans should be transported back in time for threshing and stored in granaries.

If soybeans are properly maintained, the yield per mu is 400-500 kilograms, while ordinary fields only produce more than 300 kilograms. If they are not managed properly or due to weather reasons, the yield may be only more than 200 kilograms.
