Breeding methods and precautions of Benlong

Breeding methods and precautions of Benlong

1. Soil

Benlong does not have many requirements for soil. When choosing soil for planting, you should choose soil that is fertile, water-conserving and breathable. The soil that can meet these requirements is none other than sandy loam, which can provide great help for its growth.

2. Water

Its water requirements vary with the seasons, and more water should be used in spring and autumn. In summer, due to the high temperature, water dissipates quickly. It is best to water in the morning and evening, avoiding the high temperature at noon. The amount of watering should not be too much. In winter, watering should be reduced to keep the soil drier.

3. Temperature

Because of its strong adaptability, it does not have too many requirements for temperature under normal circumstances. As long as the temperature is not too high or too low, it can grow normally. The temperature should be properly controlled in winter. Although it has a certain degree of cold resistance, it will be affected when the temperature drops below 5℃.

4. Lighting

It has a strong growth habit and likes to grow in a mild environment with sufficient light. It can accept long-term light. However, it does not like direct sunlight that is too strong, as it will cause sunburn, so it should be given appropriate shade protection when the light is relatively strong.
