1. Suitable potting soil

When growing gladiolus, you should choose suitable potting soil. The flower pots and planting soil used must be sufficiently breathable. The flower pots can be plastic pots with small holes at the bottom. The soil is best to use sandy soil with good drainage and breathability. Such potting soil will not hinder the growth of the plant during its growth period.

2. Plenty of sunshine

It prefers to be exposed to sunlight and cannot tolerate shade, so it should be exposed to as much sunlight as possible during the breeding period. Especially in winter when sunlight is weak, more light should be given to the plants. However, do not expose it to direct strong sunlight. It is easy to get sunburn marks if it is exposed to the sun for a long time.

3. Water in time

During the growth period of the plant, it is necessary to water it in time to keep the cultivation soil moist and meet its water needs. But during its seedling stage, the amount of watering should be less.
