1. Difference of blades

Roses have 3-5 leaflets, rarely 7. The shape is broadly oval to oval-oblong, approximately 2.5-6 cm long and 1-3 cm wide, nearly glabrous on both sides, dark green and shiny above, and slightly lighter in color below.

Rose has 5-9 leaflets, which are elliptical or elliptical-obovate in shape, slightly smaller than the former, about 1.5-4.5 cm long and 1-2.5 cm wide, dark green and hairless on the upper side, gray-green on the lower side, with dense villi and glandular hairs, and sometimes the glandular hairs are not obvious.

2. The difference between flowers

Rose flowers grow in groups of several and rarely grow alone. Its petals are double to semi-double, red or pink to white, and obovate in shape. The flowering period is from April to September.

Roses usually grow singly in the leaf axils, sometimes in clusters of several. The petal shape is the same as the former, which is obovate, and the flowering period is shorter, from May to June.
