How to make acidic soil and what flowers are suitable for planting

How to make acidic soil and what flowers are suitable for planting

1. How to make

1. Bury acidic humus: When making acidic soil, you can bury some acidic humus in the soil, such as rotten pine needles, broken branches and leaves, etc., or you can directly mix them into humus soil. This will be absorbed and integrated by the soil, causing the pH value of the soil to change, thus making acidic soil.

2. Fermented peel solution: When eating fruits, collect the leftover peels, wash them and put them into a container, add clean water and ferment them under the sun. Take out the fermented solution, dilute it with clean water, and water it into the soil. It can not only make acidic soil, but also enhance fertility.

3. Add vinegar: prepare the vinegar, add water to mix and dilute it, then spray it on the soil surface. Do not use too much at one time. Pay attention to test the pH value. It will be ready in about a few days.

4. Ferrous sulfate solution: Ferrous sulfate is acidic and can improve the pH value of the soil. Mix ferrous sulfate powder and clean water in a ratio of 1:1000, and then use it to water the soil. Water it 2-3 times a month to make acidic soil.

2. What flowers are suitable for planting?

Acidic soil is suitable for planting acid-loving southern flowers, such as gardenia, gloxinia, azalea, hydrangea, Milan, camellia, etc.
