How to grow pansy orchids

1. Soil

To grow pansy orchids, you need to use loose, well-breathable soil. If the soil has poor air permeability, its roots will not be able to breathe normally, and it is likely to cause root rot.

2. Watering

You don't need to water the pansy orchid too frequently. In spring and autumn, water it every 5 days, in summer you can water it every 3 days, and in winter when the temperature is lower, water it once a week. Don't water too much. If water accumulates, it will cause root rot. In addition, if there is too much rain during the rainy season, drain the water in time to avoid water accumulation.

3. Temperature

It can grow more healthily at suitable temperatures. The temperature should not be too low in winter. Generally, the temperature should be controlled above 10℃. If the temperature is low, it will easily be frozen.

4. Fertilization

It can grow stronger if fertilized appropriately. You can apply some bean cake or compound fertilizer when repotting. Generally, fertilize once every half a month during its growth period, and apply appropriate amount of phosphorus fertilizer before flowering.
