How to make red vegetables

1. Stir-fry

2. Cold salad

When making cold beetroot, you must first blanch it. When the red color on the leaves fades and turns green, you can take them out. If you have ice water, you can put them directly into the ice water. Add vinegar and soy sauce and it will be a delicious cold dish.
