Breeding methods and precautions of white phoenix

Breeding methods and precautions of white phoenix

1. Soil

To grow white phoenix, you need to use loose, well-drained soil, as good drainage is conducive to its growth.

2. Watering

Generally, it is sufficient to water it once every 15 days. When watering, avoid letting water splash onto the center of the leaves. There is a thin layer of white powder in the center of the leaves, and splashing water will affect the appearance. Due to different seasons and climates, the watering time must be controlled. It is best to wait until the soil is completely dry before watering.

3. Lighting

White Phoenix likes sufficient light. When it is exposed to sufficient light, its leaves will turn red, which will increase its ornamental value. However, when the light is too strong in summer, it is necessary to provide appropriate shade. Long-term exposure to strong light may cause it to die.

4. Temperature

It needs to be given a growing environment of 18-25℃. Only when the temperature is suitable can it grow faster.

5. Notes

1. It is a plant that likes to grow in a dry environment, so there is no need to water it too much. Just water it once a week during the growing season to avoid root rot caused by excessive watering. When the temperature is high in summer, do not water too much. You can use a spray bottle to spray around to lower the temperature.

2. White Phoenix grows faster in summer, so it is best to keep it outdoors. There is a lot of rain in summer, so it should be placed in a sheltered place to avoid excessive water accumulation due to rain. If water accumulates in the potting soil, drainage measures should be taken in time.
