Outdoor cultivation means open-air cultivation. You can place the flower pots outdoors, or simply plant the succulents in the ground.

Outdoor cultivation is the most recommended method of caring for succulents. Growing succulents outdoors allows them to receive sunlight all day long, and without glass to block ultraviolet rays, it is easy to grow the succulents into good condition.

Now it is spring and autumn, the sunshine is warm but not too strong, which is very suitable for outdoor cultivation. The temperature is too high and the light is too strong in summer, and the temperature is too low in winter, so it is not recommended to grow it outdoors.

Keep in a stuffy place

The method of growing succulents in a sealed environment is to cover them with transparent material, which allows the water to evaporate and remain in the transparent cover, increasing the air humidity and creating the effect of a greenhouse.

The method of keeping a secret place is suitable for the jade plant of the genus Haworthia in the Liliaceae family. After being cultivated to the right state, the jade plant will be juicy and tender. Other succulents should not be easily tried for keeping a secret place.

It is not advisable to carry out both cover cultivation and outdoor cultivation at the same time, otherwise it will easily cause the temperature inside the cover to be too high and burn the succulents. At the same time, be careful not to keep it stuffy all the time. It is best to open the cover at noon to let in some air. Finally, it is best to keep the body in a state of confinement in spring and autumn, but not in winter and summer.

astigmatism

Astigmatism refers to scattered light. An astigmatism environment does not receive direct sunlight, but also has bright light.

The word "astigmatism" is often mentioned in the care of succulents. Any succulents that are sown, newly repotted or sick must be placed in a diffuse light environment.

As long as the indoor environment is bright without turning on the lights, it can be considered a good diffuse light environment.

Specifically speaking, under the premise of not being exposed to direct sunlight, the larger the range of sky that succulents can see, the better the astigmatism conditions.
