What are the varieties of Allium

What are the varieties of Allium

Purple Sensation

Purple Sensation, as the name suggests, is purple allium. What makes it sensational is that this variety is one of the darkest alliums. Many small purple flowers are densely packed together to form a large flower ball, giving people a stunning visual effect.

Azurite

The diameter of the flower ball can reach five centimeters and the color is an elegant sky blue.

Chives

Chives can be used as a seasoning, so they can be found not only in the garden but also in the kitchen. Looks good and tastes great, give it a thumbs up.

Star of Persia

The name sounds very elegant, not to mention the chives themselves. Not only are the flower clusters large, but there are also many small flowers on each cluster.

King of Football

The name seems a bit weird, but it is also domineering. The oversized red and purple flower clusters truly live up to the title of the king of flowers.

Allium latifolium

The flowers are beautiful, and the leaves are also beautiful, with high ornamental value.

Allium orphi

Ophir Allium is also called Rock Allium. Its advantages include being small, charming, space-saving, adaptable and strong in survival ability.

Allium trifoliatum

This type of onion is not the most common and requires little care. A stalk of allium consists of a collection of tiny, drooping white flowers.

Chinese chives

You might not believe it, but leeks are also a variety of onions. The small white flower clusters are both edible and ornamental, really killing two birds with one stone.

I will not list all the other types of shallots one by one. If you are interested, you can explore them yourself. Maybe you can discover more varieties of shallots.
